Standard Delivery
Please allow 5 working days for delivery (subject to stock availability). In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
International Orders
We
can deliver almost anywhere in the world by standard air mail or
courier service. Costs will vary according to destination, so please
contact us prior to order and we will be happy to give you a quote. If
your goods are lost or damaged during transit we will replace them at
no extra cost to the same address.
RETURNS
Cooling off period and cancellation/returns
Studio Saturday offers a
"no quibbles" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are
unhappy with the Goods, purchased you may cancel your order and return
the Goods to Studio Saturday within 7 working days from receipt of the
Goods. You will then receive a refund directly from Studio Saturday within
30 days of cancellation. It is your responsibility to take care of the
Goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where
they can be resold.
Studio Saturday will not accept the return of:
Sealed Goods which have been opened
Goods made to the customer's personal specifications
Unless
the Goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order
acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning Goods to Studio Saturday. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of
shipping is not proof of receipt. If however the Goods are faulty then
the postage costs will be refunded.
